Investment in ASB and ASN

National Council of Fatwa in Malaysia decided that investment in ASN and ASB is permissible.

The question of the economic strength of nations is one important factor to the continuation of the progress of Muslims.

Every law that decided to meet the demands of justice, maslahah and avoid the damage and destruction is greater. In this case, Maybank is the largest Islamic banking institutions in the Asia Pacific region. If the PNB took its share from Maybank, it will not only jeopardize the economy of the majority shareholder which is the Malay Muslims, but it will also greatly affect the economic situation of countries and many Muslim related organizations. Similarly 16.531 jobs involving Muslim Bumiputera staff will also be affected

In determining the permissibility of Islamic arguments in ASN and ASB investments, it is not exactly the argument based on community maslahah construed to waive the principles of Islam because Islam maslahah is also a principle that should be held to determine a ruling.

In this case, the law on investment ASN and ASB can not be viewed from a certain aspect, but to consider all consequences to be faced by Islam and Muslims.
On the issue of permissible investments and illegal, it became clear that the PNB do not invest in sectors related to alcohol and gambling. Mixing in investment only occurs in the financial sector, where 70% of investment Syariah only 30% investment in Maybank still not comply with Shariah. In this case, the investment in the halal sector more than the illegal one.According to most of the jurists of the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali, the jurists did not prohibit such companies when assessing the status of the company's shared by Muslims and non-Muslims.

PNB has implemented changes in particular, the best investments to enable control of the Muslims. In this case, it is important maslahah Muslims and the greater harm is avoided

However, State Fatwa Committee of Selangor decided that investment in ASN and ASB is haram.

This is based on the hadith narrated by Jabir Al-Ja'fifrom Ibn Mas'ud:

ما اجتمع الحلال والحرام إلاغلب الحرام الحلال "Do not mix between the clean and unclean, but defeating thelawful unlawful. "

Skim Amanah Saham Nasional (ASN) and Amanah Saham Bumiputera(ASB) are clearly involved in a mixed investment between Shariah compliance non-compliance transaction.
Skim Amanah Saham Nasional (ASN) and Amanah Saham Bumiputera(ASB) are classified as non-compliant unit trust funds sharia by the Securities Commission Shariah Advisory Council for their involvement in investment does not pass the syariah requirements.

Is there any conclusive proof from Quran or Sunnah on whether fasting would be accepted or not if the muslim is not praying the obligatory prayers while fasting?

2. Question:

Is there any conclusive proof from Quran or Sunnah on whether fasting would be accepted or not if the muslim is not praying the obligatory prayers while fasting?

Answer:

Any person who abandons the prayer while denying its legitimacy goes out of the fold of Islam according to the consensus of the scholars . Indeed, there is absolute evidence that the acts of worship of a non-Muslim are not accepted. Allaah Says (what means):
{And what prevents their expenditures from being accepted from them but that they have disbelieved in Allaah and in His Messenger.}[Quran 9:54].
Allaah also Says (what means):
{The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is [that] their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day; they are unable [to keep] from what they earned a [single] thing. That is what extreme error is.}[Quran 14:18].
There are other verses in this regard. As regards a person who abandons the prayer out of laziness, then we do not know absolute evidence which states that his fasting is not accepted; this depends on the ruling of abandoning the prayer. The scholars who are of the view that a person who abandons the prayer out of laziness goes out of the fold of Islam, they have absolute evidence from the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Prophet that the acts of worship of a non-Muslim are not accepted. On the other hand, the scholars who are of the opinion that a person does not go out of the fold of Islam just for abandoning the prayer(out of laziness), did not state that his fasting is not valid.

In Britain, we fast more than seventeen hours a day. Is it permissible to fast for twelve hours only?

1.      Question:
In Britain, we fast more than seventeen hours a day. Is it permissible to fast for twelve hours only?
Answer:
AllaahThe Almighty Said (what means):
{And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset.} [Quran 2:187]
So, the fast time is clearly defined and imposed by AllaahThe Almighty in a way that makes it prohibited to be lengthened or shortened.Allaah The Almighty legislated the fast for very important rationales including refining His slaves’ souls and hearts and purifying them from evil. AllaahThe Almighty Says (what means):
{O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous…} [Quran 2:183]
Thus, AllaahThe Almighty did not ordain the fast to torture or trouble His slaves. Before being imposed in the manner that it is, the fasting would start not at the crack of dawn but after the ‘Ishaa‘ prayer or if one would sleep after sunset. However, AllaahThe Almighty had mercy upon this Ummah(nation), facilitated the fast and allowed us to eat and drink all night. What could be easier for you than what AllaahThe Almighty has made easy?
Therefore, what you have suggested in your question is absolutely prohibited because it is tantamount to a manipulation of the religious assignments and a transgression of the limits set by Allaah The Almighty who says (what means): {And those are the limits [set by] Allaah. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allaah has certainly wronged himself.} [Quran 65:1]
Moreover, reward is proportionate to the difficulty of the act of worship; the Prophet, , said: "Whoever fasts Ramadhaan out of faith while seeking its reward from Allaah The Almighty, will have his past sins forgiven." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
Indeed, seeking the reward of AllaahThe Almighty means that you do not think of the fast as something heavy and difficult and you do not feel annoyed about it.
However, if a fasting person finds that it is unbearably difficult for him to complete his fast to the extent that he may die or something of the like, then, it would be permissible for him to break his fast and then refrain from eating again until the end of that fasting day and then, later on, make up for that day.

what is the punishment for drug trafficking and production in islam?

2.      Question:
what is the punishment for drug trafficking and production in islam?

Answer:
As far as we are aware of, there is no specific punishment in Islam on a person who produces or traffics intoxicants and drugs. It is known that it is the Muslim judge who determines the punishment on the disobediences about which no punishment is stated in the Sharee’ah. This is a punishment which is not estimated in Islam and which must be applied in order to fulfil the rights of Allaah and the rights of people. This is generally in regard to acts of disobedience in which no Hadd (i.e. the corporal punishment determined by the Islamic Law) or expiation is mentioned. In this case the Muslim judge chooses a punishment which corresponds to the situation. Heendeavours to choose what is best according to the different status of people and according to the level of disobedience. Finally, the punishment that is applied in some Muslim countries on drug trafficking and producing is the death penalty.
Allaah Knows best.

Fines imposed on students by schools and colleges. What is the Islamic view on this matter?

Question:
Fines imposed on students by schools and colleges. What is the Islamic view on this matter?

Answer:
If these fines are issued from a person who is in authority over the students or are based on a permission from a person who has such an authority in order to achieve a benefit for the students or oblige them to attend the school, then some scholars, like IbnTaymiyyah, Ibn Al-Qayyim and IbnBaaz permitted it. For instance, IbnTaymiyyah said: "Reprimanding by imposing fines or inflicting a loss in someone's wealth, property or possession, is permissible in some cases according to the well known opinion of the Maaliki School of jurisprudence, and the view of the School of jurisprudence of Ahmad without any difference of opinion in some issues, and with a difference of opinion in some other issues [that he has not said so], and it is also the view of the Shaafi'ee School of jurisprudence in one opinion, even if they disagreed about some details as confirmed by the Sunnah of the Prophet in regard to depriving a person from what he hunted in the Haram of Al-Madeenah. This is exactly like him ordering to break the large jugs of intoxicants, and like him ordering 'AbdullaahIbn 'Umar to burn the two garments died with saffron, whereby Ibn 'Umar asked the Prophet said: "Shall I wash them?", the Prophet replied: "No, rather you must burn them."
Therefore, all these issues and similar ones are true and well known to the scholars … and it is not confirmed that the Prophet has absolutely forbidden all kinds of fines, rather the four rightly guided caliphs and great companions applied this after the Prophet's death, and this is evidence that they are not abrogated.
IbnBaaz when commenting on the statement of IbnHajar in regard to the abrogation of the narrations about fines or inflicting valuable losses to a person, said: "The authoritative view of IbnHajar that the narrations have been abrogated is not good, rather, the correct opinion is that they are not abrogated for the existence of much appropriate evidence in this regard."
However, if such fines are not issued from a person who is in authority or are not based on a permission from a person who has such an authority, nor based on a pre-condition, then they are not permissible. In this case, a person who avoids them is not sinful, but if they are taken from him forcefully, then he is not to be blamed and not sinful as well.

Financial support by wife to her husband's family?

Question: I would like to ask a question relating to financial support for the husband's family. The man and woman put their earnings in "one pot", hence her money is also used to finance the needs of his family. To what extent is the son obligated to finance his family needs and to what extent does the wife have to help?

Fatwa:

If this man has more than what is necessary for spending on his wife and children it becomes obligatory on him to spend on his parents if they are poor. Allah Says:

(interpretation of meaning): {Worship Allâh and join none with Him in worship, and do good to parents,}[4:36].
Spending on them is part of doing good to them. It is also obligatory on him to spend on his poor brothers and sisters who do not have a source of income. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {And on the (father's) heir is incumbent the like of that (which was incumbent on the father).}[2:233].
The meaning is that the one who may inherit has to spend on any person from whom he could inherit if that person dies. This verse is an evidence, according to the Muslim scholars, for the obligation to spend on close relatives.
Anyway, this man has to help his family as much as he can without neglecting spending on his wife and children.
But the wife is not required to spend on anybody nor to help in the home's expenditures or to give anything to her husband's family. But it is likable for her to help her husband accomplish the duties and obligations due on him. If she does so, Allah will reward her.

Islamic Banking in the digital age??

Islamic banking refers to a system of banking activities that is consistent with the Sharee'ah (Islamic law) and guided by Islamic economics.

Islamic banking has the same purpose as conventional banking except that it operates in accordance with the Islamic rules, known as Fiqh Al-Mu'aamalaat (Islamic rules on transactions). The basic principle of Islamic banking is the sharing of profit and loss and the prohibition of Ribaa.
Amongst the common Islamic concepts used in Islamic banking are profit sharing (Mudhaarabah), safekeeping (Wadee'ah), joint venture (Mushaarakah), cost plus (Muraabahah), and leasing (Ijaarah).
Islamic banking is well-known nowadays. Islamic scholars are open to creative solutions for the problems raised by modern finance. Any respectable Islamic fund or financial institutions has a board of scholars screening its investments and practices. “Nearly all the scholars now agree, for example that it is ok for Muslims to buy equities or stocks which are commitments to responsible ownership”, says Virginia-based Islamic scholar and fund adviser Yusuf Talal Delorenzo. This approval of the scholars is conditioned to such equities of stocks being Islamically lawful themselves.
In an Islamic mortgage transaction, instead of loaning the buyer money to purchase the item, a bank might buy the item itself from the seller, and re-sell it to the buyer at a profit, while allowing the buyer to pay the bank in installments. However, the fact that it is profit cannot be made explicit and therefore there are no additional penalties for late payment. In order to protect itself against default, the bank asks for strict collateral. The goods or land is registered to the name of the buyer from the start of the transaction. This arrangement is called Muraabahah.

HERESY! DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP[4]

• Heresy is the doctrine or practice that is claimed to be the teachings of Islam when in fact contrary to the Quran and the Sunnah.

REASONS FOR THE EMERGENCE
• There are individuals who have self-interest as to get the position, wealth, and so forth.
• There are people who want to undermine the teachings of Islam and distort the faith of Muslims.

• Worship leaders as the Imam Mahdi, the prophet, as gods, or God incarnate as Oadiani teachings.
• Reject qat'ie thing in Islam as to eliminate the teaching of jihad.
• Changing the forms of worship such as reducing the 19-day fasting
• Claiming to be doing strange things connected with supernatural things such as calling the souls of the dead, including the spirit of the prophets, saints, and angels.

EFFECT OF BAD PRACTISE Heresy
A. Impact on the individual:
(A) a person of faith will be damaged.
(B) Wasting the time. A lot of wasted time with activities that is not healthy and contrary to the teachings of Islam as worship and practice habits and superstitions of polytheism;
(C) close minded. Their thinking is often dictated by leaders who claimed to have received revelation. Actions and their behavior are irrational and fanatical;
(D) life is not stable. Involvement with deviant teachings leads to the neglect of responsibility as a student, husband, wife, mother, or father.

Impact on the country:
(A) the country will decline. Involvement in deviant teachings does not make you a proactive and a waste of time. The matter will affect the performance of the economy that relies on contributions and individual productivity;
(B) the country was unstable. Involvement in deviant teachings would threaten community harmony and unity. This can undermine political stability and the economy. As a result, the country had to spend so much time and expense to maintain the stability of the country.
WHEN THE PROUD FILL IN YOUR HEART [5]
From the hadith of the prophet Muhammad, where it is stated:
“One don’t enter the paradise when there is slight feeling of proud in themselves”
Thus the feeling of proud in oneself will decrease the faith towards Allah, whenever someone achieve something, the feeling of proud make them believe that  the achievement is solely come from their hard works and their determination. They forget about Allah which is the best place for dependent and the controller of everything in the earth and the heaven.
Thus those who are very proud of themselves will reject from accepting the true even though it is very clear in front of their eyes. We take into example the moral story on the incident that happen to Firaun. Even though he knew that prophet Musa was bringing to him the true religion but due to the outmost feeling of proud and egos, he refused to follow Musa and even mentioned that he is actually the God.
The impact of this bad attitude is clear especially to the Aqidah of the person, as they will believe that everything is originated from oneself, Allah would not have power to determine it! They always feel that they are the best and refuse to accept the truth from the other and even from its own religion.

ISSUES ON AKHLAQ

Current issues:

Here, we would like to highlight two current issues which are debated aggressively today, elope cases involving young female teenagers and homosexuality.

For eloping cases, on 2010 there was 379 teenagers was reported to take a decision to elope with their boyfriends. Among the reasons why they were decided to run away are because of pressure from family, who was opposing their relationship, they were influence by colleague, always involve with an argument with family members and to be free from family control. All these girls were aged between 14 and 19. In three of these cases, the girls came home pregnant.

But, currently the statistic gained from PDRM shows that about 4,097 female teenagers eloping with their boyfriends aged 10 to 17 and the total amount of teenagers eloping are 6,270 from 2004 to Mei, 2011.

running away from one problem creates more problems

Homosexuality in the Qur'an

The following passages are taken from the Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation of the Qur'an.
"We also sent Lut: He said to his people: Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you? For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds. And his people gave no answer but this: they said, "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!"" (Qur'an 7:80-82)

homosexuals in Islam:
According to a pamphlet produced by Al-Fatiha, there is a consensus among Islamic scholars that all humans are naturally heterosexual. 5 Homosexuality is seen by scholars to be a sinful and perverted deviation from the norm. All Islamic schools of thought and jurisprudence consider gay acts to be unlawful. They differ in terms of penalty:
The Hanafite school (currently seen mainly in South and Eastern Asia) teaches that no physical punishment is warranted.
The Hanabalites, (widely followed in the Arab world) teach that severe punishment is warranted.
The Sha'fi school of thought (also seen in the Arab world) requires a minimum of 4 adult male witnesses before a person can be found guilty of a homosexual act. Al-Fatiha estimates that 4,000 homosexuals have been executed in Iran since their revolution in 1979. 10 public executions of homosexuals have been performed in Afghanistan by the Taliban army.

SODOMY AND LESBIANISM

In more than one place in the Holy Koran, Allah recounts to us the story of Lot's people, and how He destroyed them for their wicked practice. There is consensus among both Muslims and the followers of all other religions that sodomy is an enormity. It is even viler and uglier than adultery.
Allah Most High says: "Do you approach the males of humanity, leaving the wives that Allah has created for you? But you are a people who transgress" Koran (26:165-66)
(1) The Prophet (saws) said: (1) "Kill the one who sodomizes and the one who lets if be done to him." (Tirmidhi, a sahih (authentic) hadith)
(2) "May Allah curse him who does that Lot's people did." (Ibn Hibban, sahih (authentic))
(3) "Lesbianism by women is adultery between them." (Tabarani, sahih)"
Taken from the Reliance of the Traveller, transltaed by Nuh Ha Mim Keller, p 664-665.
There are a lot more Hadiths on the issue, and the issue of what is to be done with one who commits sodomy or lesbianism. I will not deal with these now in this post. All I wanted to do was to show that the position of Islam on this issue is that it is an enormity (kaba'ir), and therefore, forbidden, (haram). May Allah (The Exalted) protect us.
Justifiable: homosexuality
The answer in the scale form was given, running from 1-10, 1 being “never justifiable” and 10 being “always justifiable”. The mean score given from all the participants in the respective country is shown in the graphs below:
1) OECD/developed countries:
Most of the people in Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, and Denmark think that homosexuality is justifiable (closer to score 10- “always justifiable”), compared to countries like Hungary, Korea, South Korea and Portugal which gave low score (i.e. closer to “never justifiable”).
2) Selected Asia countries:
On the other hand, Japan has the highest score among selected Asia countries, followed by Philipines, India and Korea. The mean score in countries like Egypt, Bangladesh, Indonesia and China are showing that most of the people in the respective country think that homosexuality is never justifiable.
in addition, over the last centuries and especially the last decades, acceptance of homosexuality by people in the West and in Asia has increased, as is shown by this graph (figures for the US):

What is forbidden in Islam- Homosexuality or practicing Homosexuality?
The common concept for Muslim homosexuals is to commit suicide since they can't be punished for being homosexuals in a non-Islamic state, but two wrongs don't make one right. While homosexuality is wrong, it doesn't justify suicide under any conditions or circumstances. Please know that if you ever commit suicide, you would have seriously misunderstood Islam and its spirit. If you were ever involved in sexual homosexual acts in the past, you should truly and sincerely repent to Allah, The Merciful, The Gracious, and pledge to Him never to get involved in any homosexual acts anymore. Please note that there is a difference to actually being involved in a homosexual act -which is a sin - from having sexual feelings that you try to control, that you don't express in public, which is not sinful if you try to control them. If medical or psychological counseling helps, then get it, but know that Allah is The Curer, and the Qur'an is your best companion. Give charity, pray, make dua', and Allah will not leave you alone. You have got to believe in the infinite amount of Mercy Allah provides to His servants, and you should also realize that He forgives, if He wishes, all types of sins, except the sin of disbelieving in Him.
What is sinful in homosexuality is the actual sexual act between the couple of a similar sex. if you transform your desires into a struggle and a challenge to overcome it and not physically commit it, then insha'Allah, you will get the reward for it.

how to cure HOMOSEXUAL?

Don't lose hope! Fear Allah (S.W.T), ask Him for help earnestly, never give up, and do something to get rid of even the idea of homosexuality. Try to avoid all of the circumstances that trigger your homosexual feelings: don't get alone with an attractive man, always be in the company of others, don't get involved in deep / personal discussions with any person that you may think will trigger your homosexual feeling. Stay away from any other people who have similar feelings. Don't even think in such an idea of this subject, keep yourself busy in different useful thing, and stay away of anything that remind you of homosexuality. Keep a POSITIVE thinking in your mind and keep saying to yourself that you can do something about it. Don't ever say I can't. Remember with every step you are taking toward getting rid of this habit you are getting help and reward from Allah (S.W.T) and you are annoying the shaytan.
Also for many Homosexual Muslims the concept of getting married is unappealing. Having this feeling should not prevent you from considering to get married in the future. You will discover that marriage is more than simply fulfilling your sexual needs... Your wife will insha'Allah bring you peace, tranquility, joy, security, and many other feelings that every human being needs, irrelevant of their "sexual partners". Also, while Muslims are not allowed to lie, you should keep this feeling to yourself and not share it with her or your parents for many reasons... Be patient and make it a lifelong struggle for yourself... You will see how rewarding it is at the end... Remember, there is in this world many compulsive gamblers, alcoholics, adulterers, thieves, but many of them control it and refrain from doing it... If they aren't Muslims and have the will to do it, you are a Muslim and you have Allah on your side when you seek His Help. There is no way you will fail insha'Allah...

what is the punishment in islamic law about homosexual?

1.      Question:
what is the punishment in islamic law about homosexual?

Answer:
Regarding the issue of Gays, the scholars differed in opinion in regard to the method of applying the prescribed punishment of homosexuals. However, evidences support the position of those who say that “death sentence” is the prescribed punishment of anyone who gets involved in homosexuality. This is due to the narration of Ibn ‘Abbaas that the Prophet said:
"Whomever you find committing the act of the people of (Prophet) Loot, kill both; the doer and the person to whom it is done." [At-Tirmithi, Abu Daawood, IbnMaajah, and Ahmad]
Indeed many scholars quoted the consensus of the companions on this matter. Nonetheless, scholars differed about the method of killing. Some of them said that he should be killed by sword, others said that he should be stoned to death, there are let some who said he should be burnt, and a fourth group who said that he should be held upside down on top of the highest point in the city, and then he should be thrown downward, and stone him as he is going down, exactly in the same manner by which Allaah punished the peoples of Loot. However, only a Muslim ruler may implement this punishment.
All previous rules apply only to Gays.
As for lesbianism, there is an agreement between scholars that it is forbidden, and many scholars considered it among the major sins. Any woman who gets involved in it, she has committed a major sin and she should repent and seek Allaah’s forgiveness.
Concerning the prescribed punishment for lesbianism, the Fiqh Encyclopaedia reads: ''The jurists agreed that there is no prescribed punishment for lesbianism, as it is not Zina (fornication or adultery), but any woman who does it should be reprimanded as it is an act of disobedience.''

Allaah Knows best.

WHY PEOPLE DEPENDING TO OTHER THAN ALLAH?

ISSUES ON AQIDAH
WHY PEOPLE DEPENDING TO OTHER THAN ALLAH?  [1]
People are born to be weak; they need place for them to depend on in this life. Some of them really depend on another human in order to survive. They depend on the parents, on the teachers and even their lover. But they do not realize that the people they depend on are also very weak. That why some of us when the parents get divorced or their lover had broken the relationship, they started to lose their ways, their mission and vision of life…why?? From today, we have to correct our faith, the true dependent is not human, is not the money or the medicine if you are sick. It is all about Allah who is the controller of everything, who has the power to allow or disallow something from happening to us, and the other creation has no power on the matters that had been fixed by Allah.

That is the beauty of surrendering everything to Allah!! If you fail your examination then you will not feel hopeless, because you know that everything fixed by Allah and there are always Hikmah behind it. When you are sick and the doctor says that you have no chance to recover, believe in Allah that only Him know the hidden in this earth and heaven, only Allah has the power to take someone life not the doctor or anyone else. When the parents or the lover had leaved us far away then wake up yourself, tell your heart that Allah is still with you, beside he is very near to you and he will be there protecting you day and night. Subhanallah…
FIGHT AGAINST APOSTASY!!!!!  [2]
Apostasy is not a new issue and problem among the muslim nowadays. This is a very serious crime in Islam as apostasy is punishable with death sentence as stated in hadith of the prophet Muhammad:
Those who converted from the religion of islam, kill him
Apostasy fall under the Hudud punishment, which means the punishment that, had been fixed in islam. Thus this issue must be solved strictly and the failure to catch on with this issue will give very bad impact to the religion of islam itself.
We are wondering why the Muslim people involve in apostasy. They should have realized that religion of islam is very much better compared to the other religions. Religion of islam is made up of a very strong basic, care about the followers and implement the justice among people no matters whether rich or poor  because islam establish the concept of fairness among the people. We have the complete Book of Quran that become the guidance for the Ummah as a whole and which is relevant forever until the end of the day. We even have a very good role model which also being acknowledged by the non muslim as the 1st best leader of the world that is prophet Muhammad. Thus this show that islam is complete enough and it is irrelevant to say that people converted from islam because of the religion of islam itself….
Some of the converted Muslim said that why they converted to islam……because there are too many restriction. They are questioning why should I wear Hijab and cover my Aurah, we are living in the era of millennium, why we should follow the religion of islam which is very primitive…..they questioning why islam prohibited alcohol, why islam prohibited free sex, because this is what desired by the human and why should islam restrict its…
This is the argument of those who has no knowledge about islam. Allah had stated in Quran that he had created human as the best creation. The prohibition that had been fixed in islam is not to restrict the freedom of human but to secure the position of muslim as the best creation in this world. Why Allah had ordered to cover the aurah, is to show the love of Allah especially to the woman. Islam does not look woman as an object that can be shown out to the public that can be taken any time and be thrown out and discriminated when they are not needed. When the muslim themselves do not observe the true teaching of islam they themselves that put their position worst than an animal as stated in the Quran.[3]
Some others said that why they converted from islam is because they live in bad financial condition. When they converted to other religion such Christian, they are given the financial assistant. This could be an issue regarding the administration of the government in regard to the distribution of Zakah to the needy. Through the statement given in the media, about 3 million had been collected from the payment of zakah, and it is irrelevant when the government said that we do not know where this money should be given to……they should open their eyes, there are too many Muslim people outside that are very poor, not eating for weeks, still living under the box, some of them have to earn money by doing the crime and even becoming the prostitute, thousand of the students in IPT  become apostate in order to find money to support their studies!!!They are the people that should be help because if we late in doing so, then there will be other people that will come to help them with the hidden agenda. Beside as a Muslim, we have to realize that everything that happens to us is the test from Allah. Some of them asking why they are born in poor family, does it is because Allah does not care about them or Allah does not love them? We must believe that every test from Allah is the sign of His love. The test must come first before the present is given by Him. The most important thing is for the Muslim to strengthen their faith on Allah, learn to be sincere on the fates fixed by Allah and continuously working hard and don’t forget to prey upon Him.
It also a problem when people embrace into Islam not because the guidance given by Allah but when they enter into religion of islam in order to get married to a Muslim and because of the hidden agenda. They have no sincere intention on islam, despite being a Muslim but at the same time they hate this religion very much. As a result when they get divorce then they go back to their old religion.
Nowadays people easily become apostate, why? This is because Muslim nowadays has very little faith on Allah. They easily converted to another religion when they are tested with the poverty or when they feel burdened with the rule and regulation in Islam, we have to remember, we are not a Muslim until we are tested by Allah.
